Final workshop readiness - All presenters need to attend this session

Dear Volunteers and Presenters,

This meeting is very important for all presenters and other volunteers to attend. We will present you with the schedule and floor map assigned to each of you

This meeting will be where you'll get the chance to give a brief explanation and demonstration of your workshop (up to five minutes) to the rest of the presenters. By doing this, in addition to everyone getting a better idea of the scope of our science festival, it can help you to fine-tune what you'll be doing.

3. Review of Scavenger questions and answers
4. Answer questions that participants may have
5. List of final actions that should be taken care of by 4/17

We have plenty of free parking across the street, behind the building, and on the street; 1/2 mile (800 meters) from Wollaston MBTA station in Quincy.
